doneI built your gear as a single solid spur gear with a 2 mm module, 24 teeth and a 20° pressure angle. The tooth sides are true involute curves. The size check gave 52 × 52 × 12 mm, which matches what I expected, and the rendered views look right.
**Sizes worked out from your numbers**
- **Diameters:** pitch 48 mm, tip 52 mm, root 43 mm (standard addendum of 1 × module, dedendum of 1.25 × module).
- **Gear body:** 8 mm thick.
- **Hub:** 30 mm diameter. You didn't say how far it should stand out, so I made it stick out **4 mm** on one face. That's why the total height is 12 mm. Set it to 0 if you want a flat gear.
- **Bore:** 10 mm, straight through the hub and gear.
- **Mounting holes:** six 5 mm holes. You didn't give a spacing, so I put them evenly on a **36 mm circle**, in the web between the hub and the teeth.
**Inputs you can change** (in the viewer's Inputs panel): number of teeth, module, pressure angle (14.5°, 20° or 25°), thickness, hub diameter, hub projection, bore diameter, hole count, hole diameter and hole circle diameter.
**Limits**
- With these defaults the holes leave only about 1 mm of material between them and the bottom of the teeth. If you need it stronger, shrink the hole circle (about 34 mm) or the holes.
- The tooth outline is made of many short straight segments that follow the involute curve closely, not one smooth curve. That's fine for viewing and 3D printing but not exact enough for precision machining.
- The bottoms of the teeth have plain corners, not rounded fillets.
- The model doesn't check combinations that don't fit. For example, if you shrink the gear a lot, the holes can run into the teeth or the hub can grow past them.
