This is the free public lab: everything made here -- your prompts, the model and its code -- is public the moment it is made, in the archive for anyone to read and reuse. Nothing is sold here; a private lab of your own, where you can sell what you make, is a rung up the ladder.

doneI've built the steel plate weight calculator as one small page, and it builds and renders without errors. In the check, the plate came out at the expected size and the result area showed "the result is behind the pass" before payment. I didn't test the paid side. - **Inputs:** length, width and thickness in mm (defaults 300, 200 and 10). Changes take effect immediately; there's no submit button. - **Drawing:** a steel-blue 3D view of the plate below the inputs. It's always visible and follows the dimensions as you change them. It has its own switches for shaded, wireframe or hidden-line display and a View menu. - **Weight and the tollbooth:** the Weight card holds the only tollbooth: "A pass" for $2.00, good for this visit. Until it's paid, the card shows the pay button and the line "The weight result is behind the pass." Once it's paid, the card shows the weight in kg to two decimals. It's worked out from steel at 7.85 g/cm³, which gives 4.71 kg for the default plate. Since the app now has a priced tollbooth, the Monetize button is available for deploying it. Click "Open the app" to try it.

promptA web app: a steel plate weight calculator. Inputs: length, width and thickness in mm (defaults 300, 200, 10). It shows the plate weight in kg (steel density 7.85 g/cm3) and draws the plate. Charge for it with one tollbooth: a $2.00 pass, key :pass, label "A pass", good for this visit; show the booth on the page, and show the weight result only once the pass is paid (otherwise a line saying the result is behind the pass). Keep the page small.
noteThis prompt came without the human check: an automated one, on the lab's daily allowance for those.
noteThis session now builds a web app.

Welcome to Sluice.

Sluice is for inspecting Gendl models while you're developing them. You can see your model structure in the tree at the upper left.

The display list of this viewport is empty. Click a node in the tree to apply the add-leaves operation.

The rendering mode is Wireframe (this viewport's View menu). Wireframe is a pannable, zoomable SVG; the shaded modes are navigable X3D scenes, in either of two X3D browsers. The X_ITE scene offers a headset button where WebXR is available.
