This is the free public lab: everything made here -- your prompts, the model and its code -- is public the moment it is made, in the archive for anyone to read and reuse. Nothing is sold here; a private lab of your own, where you can sell what you make, is a rung up the ladder.

doneI've built the pallet rack bay. With the default inputs it measures 2940 × 1180 × 4500 mm, and that size matched what the checker expected. I also built it at 7.6 m tall with 4500 kg per level: it gave 5 beam levels and the heaviest beam size, as intended. **What's in it** - **Uprights:** four steel-blue posts, 90 × 70 mm, one at each corner. - **Base plates:** a grey 150 × 150 × 10 mm plate under each upright. - **End frames:** bracing at each end, with horizontal braces about every metre and diagonal braces zig-zagging between them, in goldenrod. - **Beams:** a front and a rear orange beam at each level, spanning the 2.7 m clear width. The 1.1 m depth is measured across the outside of the frames. - **Number of levels:** one for every full 1.5 m of height, rounded down. The default 4.5 m gives 3 levels, spaced evenly, with the top beam 100 mm below the top of the uprights. - **Beam size from the load per level:** | Load per level | Beam (height × width) | |---|---| | up to 1000 kg | 100 × 50 mm | | up to 2000 kg | 120 × 50 mm | | up to 3000 kg | 140 × 50 mm | | up to 4000 kg | 160 × 50 mm | | over 4000 kg | 180 × 60 mm | **Inputs you can change** - **Height:** slider from 1500 to 12000 mm. Levels and bracing update as you move it. - **Load per level:** slider from 250 to 5000 kg. The beam size changes with it. - **Other fields:** bay width and depth, level spacing (1500 mm), upright size, base plate size and thickness, and bracing spacing. **Limits** - The beam sizes in the table are rough figures I picked to show how the selection works. They aren't from a manufacturer's load table or a structural check, so don't use them to choose real beams. - The parts are simple boxes and round bars that only touch each other. There are no hole patterns, beam connectors, anchor bolts or decking.

textI'll add the centre override to the root (the bay's own box then sits on the floor), keeping the rest unchanged.

textThe brace container inherits the bay's height. I'll give it zero size of its own.

promptA pallet rack bay 2.7 m wide and 1.1 m deep: the number of beam levels follows the overall height, one level for every 1.5 m, uprights with base plates, and the beam section chosen from the load per level. Make the height and the load inputs.
